When making a booking with Book with Mira our policy usually consists of:
HAIR PREPARATION:
- Wash & Blow-Out services are offered.
- Should you not want these services, please come with your hair wash & thoroughly blown out.
- Bring any specific products you may want to include in your hair.
- Comb, Brush, Hair, Gel, Beads, etc., can be provided. Varies on the style.
- 8Have image or video of inspiration of the style you are looking for.
CHILDREN:
- Children of all ages are accepted. Also accepting children with sensitive scalp & low pain tolerance.
- Age for children STOP at 13. This would now be considered our "Teen Category"
- All children must be accompanied by an adult or someone over the age of 18 years old.
LATE / NO SHOW:
- 20 minutes after appointment charge, additional $5 late fee may apply.
- No-Show results in loss of booking deposit. New Appointment, New Deposit!
- 2 No-Shows will require full payment for future appointments.
CANCELLATION:
- Should you cancel 24 hours of your booking time, your travel fee is your deposit, this is NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Should you cancel within the 24 hours of your appointment, you must pay full price for next booking.
